Room service & breakfast quality needs to be improved. Nice ambience, well maintained clean rooms, hotel location are positive things about this hotel. However they are pretty much lagging in room service area. Example- They took 40 mins to give just mineral water bottle. (There are many) As we stayed for 2 nights, there was almost same breakfast menu for 2 days. Lunch, dinner are good, however breakfast quality needs to be improved. Checkout time is 9 am!

Muy buen hotel Nos alojamos en este hotel una noche, de camino entre Ajanta y Mandu. Hotel limpio, bien cuidado. Nuestras habitaciones de muy buen nivel, recientemente renovadas, cómodas, amplias y de excelente relación calidad/precio. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno. El desayuno es quizá lo menos destacable. Excelente opción para dormir por la zona si estás de paso.

Excellent We friends and family stayed in this hotel the rooms, food, service all was excellent. We had booked one Deluxe two Executive and One Classic Suite all the room were very clean and the toilets very also very good. Classic Suite is very huge in size and the toilet is very very good. This Suite is highly recommended.

Got what I was promised stayed just for one night, so really I did not put any pressure on them. However, they had a complicated TV mechanism. Did not bother starting it. I am not sure why a hotel would keep 3 big towels, but no napkin! No toiletries, but anyway I carry my own. Good lighting, enough charging points. Did not use their Wifi - easier to use my own. However I did not have any great expectations, so it did exceed that. Food was good...

Good hotel for stopover Stayed for a night before moving to Ajanta caves. Food was good. We had dinner. Breakfast starts bit late by 8. If it starts by 7, it may help people who need to move early. Overalll it was good stay.

Royal Palace Good place to stay in Jalgaon, food is also good. The rooms are clean, bright and big. Room service is fast. The food in the restaurant is very good, higenic and tasty. We liked the Mutton dishes very much.

Is the Hotel Palace Royal enough? The hotel is undergoing rebirth pangs and so there many unwanted items lying around. The rooms are getting modernized and it well maintained. Only issue is there is not tea/coffee maker which would be an added point as morning till is not served till 8 when the restaurant opens for breakfast. Breakfast is good. Room Service needs to be improved drastically and some investment in training of manpower will certainly make this hotel a place to spend a night in

Worst AVOID Everything about this hotel is worst and pathetic. Front Office, Room Service/food and Housekeeping.... Right now renovation going on but still there're accepting booking! Sic. Owner has invested in infrastructure but not a single penny in human resource.

I didn't sleep here yet but next time I'll choose this hotel It wouldn't be fair to write much about this hotel but I checked this one. They are renovating the rooms. The new ones are looking very nice and better compared to my bad experiences in Jalgaon. nice, clean, modern rooms. Bathrooms are modern and available with shower or bathtube. Restaurant was very nice. Even the older rooms made an acceptable impression to me. I'll stay here.
